At Home Health Management
Specially designed for members aged 40 and above, this program offers convenient home-based screenings for chronic disease assessment. Within 60 days of enrollment, our wellness team will connect with you to evaluate your health and, if needed, enroll you in the Chronic Disease Management program. With expert guidance and customized care plans, Nova Health empowers you to take charge of your well-being confidently.
Chronic Disease Management
Developed by healthcare specialists, this program offers personalized strategies, continuous guidance, and practical tools to help you manage chronic conditions effectively. From lifestyle adjustments and medication adherence to dietary support and regular monitoring, our expert team works closely with you to achieve and maintain lasting health and balance.
Telehealth through Trudoc
Nova Health embraces innovation through Telehealth by TruDoc, giving members convenient access to medical professionals anytime, anywhere. Fully compliant with UAE healthcare standards, this service enables virtual consultations, remote diagnostics, and real-time expert advice — whether you’re at home or on the move. It’s healthcare is made simple, secure, and accessible.
Global Assist
Our Global Assist program connects you instantly to trusted healthcare providers and emergency support wherever you are in the world. Whether traveling over 120 km from home or abroad for up to 90 days, you’re covered with services like emergency medical evacuation, hospitalization assistance, repatriation, prescription support, and compassionate travel care.
